At Logans Watches, every order is special, and I'm dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless from start to finish.

Order Cut-off Time

My online store processes orders placed before 7:00 PM CET (Central European Time). Orders placed after 7:00 PM CET will be processed the next day.

Processing Time — Preparing Your Watch

After confirming your purchase, I will prepare your watch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). This time ensures that every detail is perfect and your watch is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Shipping Time — On Its Way to You

Once your watch is ready, it will be shipped directly to your door. Please allow 5–10 business days (Monday to Saturday) for delivery, depending on your location. I work with trusted carriers to ensure your watch arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Costs — Complimentary Shipping

I'm happy to offer free shipping on all orders. It's my way of thanking you for supporting Logans Watches and choosing one of my carefully crafted timepieces.

Please note that, depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order — Peace of Mind

As soon as your watch is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Return Shipping Costs

When returning a watch to Logans Watches — whether for a return, exchange, or warranty claim — the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred in sending the item back. These costs are non-refundable.

The only exception is where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described and is covered under warranty or applicable consumer law. In that case, Logans Watches will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Please always contact me at infologanswatches@gmail.com before sending anything back, so I can confirm the return address and the correct procedure. Items sent back without prior contact may be delayed or not accepted.
